Shipping Policy:

Download videos: you can download the videos as soon as payment is made.
DVD videos: DVD's are shipped (via air mail) within about a day after ordering. Shipping time varies depending where you are located.

Privacy Policy:

We do not store personal information - you are anonymous.

Return Policy:

Any damaged or lost DVD's will be replaced. Should you ever loose a download version of your videos, we will replace those as well. Since we provide hours of free sample videos, you know exactly what you are getting before you buy. Our videos are delivered in a universal format that will play on WIndows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS and even any modern flat panel TV!
