I'd been trying to teach myself coding from various books & online resources without much success.
The biggest hurdle I came up against was understanding the terminologies used, time and time again I would read the descriptions of certain words like variables, loops, lists etc & no matter how many times I read them & watched YouTube videos about them, nothing seemed to sink into my brain.
I decided that I am both too old and too stupid to be able to code, as a result I lost hope and resigned myself to growing old with a cardigan and pair of slippers by the fire.
Then I stumbled upon one of Stefan's YouTube videos on being too old to code, after an exchange of comments I took the plunge and purchased his Python course and it really was the smartest thing I've done.
Stefan seems to have a knack (ability) for explaining things in a very easy to understand manner, he's also excellent at replying to emails.
I'm a little over half way through the course & the fog seems to be lifting, as soon as I'm competent with Python I'll be taking his full stack web developer course.
I really can't recommend Stefan's course highly enough.
Here in the UK we have a saying 'It's a ten from Len' and this most definitely applies to Stefan's Python course

Thanks you so much for taking the time to make these videos. I have watched them all, and found them to be extremely useful, sensible and interesting (from "don't reinvent the wheel/ seek open source solutions," to "dress code advice," to "be the sort of solution for your clients that you would hope to find as a client").

I look forward eagerly to future entries in this series. I am a web designer in the process of setting up a business, and your series came at just the right time.
